- Providing expert opinions on the institution of civil proceedings for recovery of amount upon review of the shipping agreements, documents and extensive analysis of the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act, 1925 (ACT NO. XXVI OF 1925), Chapter XXXII (Rules Under Colonial Courts of Admiralty Act, 1980) of the Sindh Chief Court Rules.
