- Expert opinion on the institution of civil proceedings for recovery of outstanding amount upon review of the finance agreements, securities documents and extensive analysis of the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1984 and Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finance) Ordinance 2001.
- Providing various opinions under civil and criminal law for Banks and institutions as regard the recovery of outstanding amount, pledge goods by legal means and contrary to the provisions of the finance agreements and security documents.
